Meet Joel Hargett

Charlotte + the Carolinas

Real estate is local before it’s transactional.

Joel is a licensed real estate broker serving both North and South Carolina. His experience includes buyers, sellers, relocation, first-time homebuyers, luxury homes and new construction.

This Week in Charlotte is intentionally not built like a typical agent website. The goal is to give people something useful enough to revisit — then make it easy to reach Joel when real estate eventually becomes part of the conversation.
